This structured program is tailored to nurture high-potential talent, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to prepare you for our full-time positions in the Financial Leadership Development Program in the future.
Internship Overview:ย
The program duration is 3-4 months, on average, and is designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles in accounting and finance. In order to achieve maximum personal growth and professional exposure through your internship experience, you will support various finance departments within our Americaโs North Division, such as Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Plant Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Regardless of where you start, you are sure to find challenge and opportunity.

Pay Range:ย ย The hourly rate for this internship is between $17-$26, based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, and skill level. This range is provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
This internship requires you to work in person four days a week at our global headquarters in Perrysburg, OH. It is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek following standard business hours. We are unable to offer relocation assistance for internships at this time.ย
