Job Description

Internship Overview:ย 

The program duration is 3-4 months, on average, and is designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles in accounting and finance. In order to achieve maximum personal growth and professional exposure through your internship experience, you will support various finance departments within our Americaโ€™s North Division, such as Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Plant Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Regardless of where you start, you are sure to find challenge and opportunity.

  • Natural curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strategic thinking
  • High motivationย with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a teamย

Internship Experiences:

You will be exposed to meaningful projects and mentorship opportunities in some of the following areas:

  • Americaโ€™s North Operations โ€“ Finance

    This department is responsible for performing standardized or routine professional accounting and financial analysis work for Americaโ€™s North Operations. The primary job duties include the compilation, consolidation & analysis of financial data related to operations.



    Commercial Finance
  • This department is responsible for providing timely pricing and profitability analysis to sales, marketing and financial stakeholders. This is accomplished through the use of pricing and data tools, sales and customer feedback and an understanding of cost and profitability data.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis

    This department is responsible for providing timely and accurate forecasts to meet the various forecasting needs within Americaโ€™s North Finance. The primary job duties include ownership of the operating expense forecast and coordination with Plant Finance related to plant metrics.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Junior or Senior credit level
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Additional Information

Pay Range:ย ย The hourly rate for this internship is between $17-$26, based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, and skill level. This range is provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

This internship requires you to work in person four days a week at our global headquarters in Perrysburg, OH. It is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek following standard business hours. We are unable to offer relocation assistance for internships at this time.ย
