Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Accounts Payable (AP) Summer Intern to support our team during the busy vacation season. This role offers hands-on experience in accounts payable processes and special projects, providing an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a temporary replacement for associates on vacation, ensuring continuity of daily operations.
  • Assist with special projects to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform scanning and document management tasks.
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct beer and wine research to support the department’s needs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Energetic and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
