Your Contribution

Are you based in the area or open to relocating to sunny Marlborough? In this part-time role you will provide Operational HR support, guidance and advisory to managers on Employment Relations, Performance Management and more. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Employment Relations

  • Ensure fair and effective ER and performance management processes for all of NZ business (non-management employees)
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support on legislative issues to Blenheim and Hawkes Bay managers.

Organisational Development

  • Assist with Culture Surveys, including preparation, launch, and result tracking for Blenheim and Hawkes Bay.
  • Provide coaching and training on goal setting, performance reviews, difficult conversations, and culture for Vineyard Managers and Operations Supervisors.

Other

  • Assist with waged recruitment during the Vintage peak period (August to February) as required.
  • Lead the Waged Pay Matrix Review with guidance from line manager.
  • Provide operational commentary for monthly leadership reports

About you

  • At least 2 years of experience at HR advisory level
  • Experience managing employment relations such as undertaking disciplinaries and performance management
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and focus on accuracy
  • Continuous improvement focus
